Digitization and energy system transformation will be the main focus for many companies in the years to come. The challenge of optimizing their existing structures is a complex one and can be compared to a jigsaw puzzle, where everything must be a perfect match at the end of the day. Protecting the environment and economic concerns must be balanced, at the same time having your employees in mind and following the concept of integration which, in the long run, will bring improvements on many levels. This is a process of small, strategic and goal-oriented steps, based on solid facts. FaktorPlus offers decades of experience with its well-established processes, products, strategies, and programs, but also its own team of designers in order to develop solutions tailored to the customer’s needs. One of our particular assets is the ability to incorporate existing structures and integrate various systems into a network so as to generate, by means of a smart combination and analysis of data, reliable reports which provide solid grounds for business decision-making. In addition, we are constantly engaged in a close dialogue with our customers to allow for the adjustment of a strategy to emergency situations. Digitalisierung und Energiewende stehen in den nächsten Jahren im Fokus vieler Unternehmen. Die Herausforderung, bestehende Unternehmensstrukturen entsprechend zu optimieren, ist komplex und vergleichbar mit einem Puzzle, bei dem alle Maßnahmen am Ende perfekt ineinandergreifen müssen. Es gilt Ökologie und Ökonomie im Gleichgewicht zu halten, dabei die eigenen Mitarbeiter zu berücksichtigen sowie einen integrativen Ansatz zu verfolgen, der langfristig mehrschichtige Verbesserungen mit sich bringt.

Die Umsetzung erfolgt strategisch zielorientiert in kleinen Schritten und basiert auf einer soliden Faktenbasis. FaktorPlus bietet jahrzehntelange Erfahrung und damit verbunde etablierte Prozesse, Produkte, Strategien und Programme aber auch ein eigenes Entwicklerteam, um kundenindividuelle Lösungen zu entwickeln. Eine unserer besonderen Stärken ist die Berücksichtigung bestehender Strukturen und die Möglichkeit, verschiedene Systeme zu vernetzen, um durch intelligente Verknüpfung und Auswertung von Daten belastbare Reports zu erzeugen, die als zuverlässige Grundlage für unternehmerische Entscheidungen dienen. Darüber hinaus stehen wir permanent im engen Dialog mit unseren Kunden und sichern so die Anpassung der Strategie an kurzfristig auftretende Ereignisse. Software development and digitization

With our two software portals, we already boast powerful tools in our portfolio. Their consistent and ongoing further development – based on a permanent dialog with customers – ensures that theses systems remain practical in daily use and user-friendly. Thanks to the openness of the systems, customer-specific solutions can also be developed and quickly integrated.

Consulting and planning services

The »Energy, Environment, Consulting and Services« segment spans our consulting and planning services. We will gladly assist you in your projects and also inform you about funding opportunities.

Bridge technology

The segment »Application Technology/Liquids/Products« provides, thanks to the optimization of traditional combustion engines and filling stations, a dependable pillar for the progressing technological changes aiming at alternative drive systems. Here, we offer a »bridge technology« due to which it is possible, within an existing fleet, to reduce costs and emissions, as well as to improve its technical condition. This segment comprises the following FaktorPlus components:

History

»The whole is more than the sum of its parts«

The company FaktorPlus was established in 2005. (as »Chemical Trading«) and started its operations by distributing engine and fuel optimization products. The company’s intensive activity in this area resulted in a transition from single products to comprehensive systems to achieve the goal on several levels at the same time: to cut costs and reduce emissions. The new business segments expanded the profile of our organization in the field of RetroFit systems (gas injection in diesel engines, e.g., hydrogen, LPG or CNG) in case of DualFuel operation and optimization of filling station processes with delivery control, quality assurance and automatic conditioner dosing for the purpose of inventory stabilization and diesel fuel optimization.

Alongside the expansion of the scopes of activity, we also saw a growing need for a superior element that would manage and control services related to those areas. To be able to flexibly shape improvements in the future too, we decided to develop our own monitoring software. Soon, the ongoing expansion of our product range, as well as a consistent focus on services, were also reflected in a new business name: FaktorPlus GreenTechnology. Components were certified for their efficiency and application safety. The company applied for a patent for its FaktorPlus/FaktorPlus CO2-System emission reduction procedure. In order to provide for a comprehensive customer service even beyond our original focus, the segment »Energy, Environment, Digitization, Consulting and Services« was created anew. In its case, too, we rely on a self-developed software named »e-MON«. Like with »FP MONITORING«, it also makes use of state-of-the-art technology: both systems are cloud-based as SaaS (»Software as a Service«) and can therefore be integrated quickly and easily in the customer’s environment. With the help of various interfaces, we create connections between or with external systems to enable delivery of qualified data, reports and, as a result, provide solid grounds for making decisions. This makes it possible, in close cooperation with our customers, to develop strategies based on actual data, thus ensuring an optimal result.
